Ink Dawgz, LLC primarily manufactures Made to Order Items (MOI) Our refund policy lasts 3 business days. If 3 business days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange and work on your item(s) will proceed

Ink Dawgz, LLC accepts no returns for MOI.

If there is a problem with item upon delivery, customer has 2 business days to contact Ink Dawgz ( with more information. Ink Dawgz will try to make right on any problems.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Made to order items

You will have 3 business days (business days are Monday – Friday only, not including observed holidays to cancel any MOI orders. If after 3 business days, there is no response, your order will be processed and any ordering of special items will be ordered and work on your item(s) will commence. If Ink Dawgz does receive a response within 3 business days, customer will received a full refund of the down payment. Any item that is MOI is required to be paid Paid In Full before any ordering and work on ordered items will proceed. Once item(s) are ordered and production has begun, now refunds will be issued. These are special MOI that are one of a kind for each customer, they cannot be resold or reused.

Orders refused at delivery

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees that will be automatically charged back to the credit card on file. Refused orders will still be charged the full amount of the MOI item(s). MOI item(s) cannot be resold or reused.
